Building Engineering
SOCOTEC offers engineering services for all types of building projects and is involved in all phases, from initial to maintenance of the asset.
With the aim of zero impact on CO2 emissions, at SOCOTEC we are focused on sustainability and the circular economy, which is why we participate in all phases of the design of an engineering project, from the embryonic stage to its completion, in New Construction and Rehabilitation Projects, in all its stages, Preliminary Project, Basic Project and Executive Project.

BIM METHODOLOGY
We work with the BIM methodology
Our work methodology is based on the adoption of the BIM environment, a tool that allows the creation and use of Information in a coordinated, coherent and updated way, being able to be shared with all the agents involved, at all stages of a construction and construction management project.
With a team specialized in multiple software in the BIM environment, SOCOTEC collaborates with the project teams to keep the models updated in real time, examine and process design iterations, merge models from the different disciplines that make up a project both civil works and building (structure, architecture, installations, layout, drainage, among others) verifying the compatibility of the solutions adopted.
