OUR METHODOLOGY

Fieldwork - On-site data capture

Our experts move to the field to apply Laser Scanning, Digital Photogrammetry and other techniques to capture the georeferenced reality of the assets and the built environment in an accurate and highly reliable way.

Data exploitation and digital modelling

After collecting the information, we have expert teams in BIM modeling and project management, GIS representation and BIM modeling based on point clouds, allowing the generation of accurate digital models through various software such as Revit, Civl 3D, Istram, Infraworks, ArcGIS and QGIS.

1Real-time sensorization, auscultation and monitoring

We integrate sensorization devices into critical infrastructures, connecting them with their digital models. This allows real-time monitoring, early anomalies to be detected, maintenance needs to be foreseen, and to ensure the safety of the operation.

Data exploitation and advanced analytics

We transform the information contained in the models and the data obtained through the surveys, into visual indicators and dashboards, taking advantage of the capabilities of our Common Data Environment. These dashboards allow the customer to have a clear and visual monitoring of the evolution of their infrastructure, as well as to generate predictive analytics to optimize planning and maintenance.

Integration into Digital Twin environments

With all these pieces, we build digital ecosystems that unify data from different disciplines and sources, allowing its management on a common platform.
