An accessibility assessment has been carried out and the site is currently considered partially compliant with applicable standards. Some non-conformities have been identified and are in the process of being reviewed. A detailed list of exceptions will be provided in the finalized statement.

Non-conformity

The following criteria are not fully met:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Not all non-textual content presented to the user has a textual alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, the information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available in text format).
  • C.9.1.4.3 – When required, the visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio.
  • C.9.1.4.4 – Some texts, except for subtitles and images with text, cannot be resized up to 200% without the use of assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality.
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) is not rearranged when resized.
  • C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with respect to adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1.
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some functions cannot be activated using the keyboard (or a similar input interface).
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be traversed sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functioning, some objects that may receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves that meaning and functioning.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of certain links cannot be determined solely by the link text or by the link text in conjunction with adjacent content.
  • C.9.3.1.2 – In some cases, when text phrases are in a different language, this is not indicated in the code.
  • C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the erroneous item is not identified and/or the error is not described by text.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, tags and instructions are not provided when content requires input actions by the user.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, UI components (including: form elements, scripted links, and components), their name, function, status, property, and values are incorrect or poorly defined, or the user is not notified when these attributes change.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without having to move focus.
