SOCOTEC and Fundació Saó Prat partner to drive social inclusion through technical training

At SOCOTEC, we understand that leadership in the engineering and consulting sector must go hand in hand with a steadfast commitment to society.

For this reason, we have taken a further step in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy by establishing a partnership agreement with Fundació Saó Prat.

Specialized training with real impact

Recently, our facilities in Montcada hosted a visit from a group of young people from the foundation, who were able to experience first-hand the processes and technical rigor of our concrete laboratory.

Following this successful initial contact, we have launched a specific training program where students will specialize as laboratory assistants in aggregates, soil, and concrete testing. This path not only offers technical knowledge but also provides direct mentorship from our team of experts, sharing our expertise to open doors to a stable professional future.

The ultimate goal is clear: to offer a genuine opportunity to join the SOCOTEC workforce, transforming training into dignified employment.
