CHILDREN'S AREAS
Innovation in recreational spaces under specialized technical direction

One of the highlights of our urban planning construction management has been the supervision of the execution of the new children's play areas. The project has incorporated:
- Installation of the innovative recreational element "La Cúpula", a large structure that becomes the focal point of the park.
- Creation of different differentiated play spaces, with swings, trampoline, slides and a specific area for children from 0-3 years old with wooden games.
- Development of a new refreshment area that expels water during the warm months, which can be transformed into a multifunctional esplanade during the winter.
The urban planning construction management led by SOCOTEC has ensured the correct implementation of these elements, guaranteeing their safety, functionality and adaptation to current regulations.

Environmental sustainability integrated into urban design
SOCOTEC has supervised the implementation of the Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS), an advanced solution that allows efficient rainwater management, reducing runoff and favoring natural infiltration into the ground.
Our urban planning site management has also coordinated the conservation of as many existing trees as possible, complementing them with new plantations that increase biodiversity and create a richer and more resilient urban landscape.
The restoration of unique elements of the park, such as the existing pergola, has also been meticulously supervised by our team, preserving the historic character of the space while incorporating new uses and functionalities.
