SOCOTEC Basque Country expands its operational capacity with the integration of Labiker, a company specialising in testing and quality control with more than two decades of experience in the Basque Country
SOCOTEC, a global leader in testing, inspection and consultancy for construction and infrastructure, has acquired Labiker Ingeniería y Control de Calidad, S.L., thus consolidating its growth strategy and significantly strengthening the presence of SOCOTEC Euskadi in the territory.

With this operation, SOCOTEC Basque Country expands its operational and technical capacity in a strategic area for key sectors such as construction and infrastructure. The integration of Labiker brings a team with consolidated technical expertise and a portfolio of large-scale public and private projects.
Labiker, based in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), is a company specialising in engineering, testing and analysis services aimed at quality control and technical consultancy. Among its most important projects is its participation in the Albertia Tunnel, Legutiano-Eskoriatza section, an essential work on the Vitoria-Bilbao-San Sebastián High-Speed Line.
Labiker brings more than two decades of experience in technical testing, studies and quality control in civil works and building. Their incorporation reinforces our network of technical and laboratory services in the north of the territory, combining their local knowledge with the resources and standards of the SOCOTEC group.
