The urban transformation associated with the Nou Mestalla surroundings, located on the emblematic Avenida de les Corts Valencianes, constitutes one of the most relevant and innovative real estate and infrastructure developments in the city of Valencia. Within this major project, the "Phase I – Mixed-Use Tertiary Building" is being developed, a strategic structure designed to equip the complex with hotel, commercial, restaurant, and office spaces.
